These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Velantis website, client portal, and charter request services operated by Velantis Group, including ORIS Concierge. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Velantis operates as a charter brokerage and concierge intermediary. We do not own or operate aircraft. All charter flights are operated by independently licensed and ARGUS/WYVERN-rated third-party operators. Our role is to source, negotiate, and facilitate charter arrangements on behalf of clients.
ORIS Concierge operates as a service coordination and facilitation division. We arrange services through a network of vetted vendors and professionals. We do not directly employ medical, security, culinary, or property professionals unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation terms vary by charter type, aircraft category, and the operator's specific agreement. Standard terms are:
Specific cancellation terms will be stated in your Charter Agreement. Force majeure events (weather, government restrictions, medical emergencies) are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Velantis Group acts as a broker and intermediary. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or negligence of third-party charter operators, concierge vendors, ground transport providers, or other service partners. Our total liability to any client for any claim shall not exceed the brokerage fees paid to Velantis in connection with the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by weather, air traffic control, mechanical issues, government action, or any circumstances outside our direct control.
All content on this website — including brand names, design, copy, imagery, and code — is the property of Velantis Group or its licensors. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sint Maarten (Kingdom of the Netherlands), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sint Maarten, unless otherwise agreed by both parties in writing.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services following posted changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting existing bookings will be communicated directly to affected clients.
