How it works

A conversation. Then a charter.

Every charter begins with a broker who listens. Vessel, itinerary, dates — all of that comes after we understand what kind of trip you want.

01
Contact

Email, phone, or the enquiry form. We respond within four hours. The first conversation covers region, timing, guests, and what kind of charter you have in mind.

02
Vessel sourcing

We identify two or three suitable vessels from our operator network and present them with clear reasoning — not catalogue descriptions.

03
Itinerary

We propose an itinerary. The captain refines it with local knowledge. Once at sea, changes are made as you wish.

04
During the charter

Your broker is reachable throughout. The captain manages the vessel. We handle anything outside the crew's remit.

APA

The Advance Provisioning Allowance.

APA — typically 30–35% of the weekly charter fee — covers fuel, marina fees, provisions, and crew gratuity. It is held by the captain and itemised at the end of the charter. Unused APA is returned in full.
